What does MWK offer?

Myweddingknot offers a selective range of handcrafted wedding invitations with high quality imported papers and fine printing. Here we always try our best to serve you with best quality and uniqueness. We also have E-invites which you can customize as per your own taste.

What kind of invitations do you have ?

We have paper invite as well as e-invites. And for these we have designed a unique range on invitations. In paper invites we have both Modern and Traditional designs and for e-invite we have designed single page websites with unique url which you can easily share with family and friends.

Do you have any minimum quantity to order ? If yes than what is that ?

You can order a sample card with a single quantity but for the final order you have to add at least 50 pieces as the more the gathering, the more the blessings.

Can i order a sample card before placing the final order?

Yes you can order a sample card before placing the final order. And at present you can avail a promotional offer in which you will be charged nothing for a sample invite. It will be free of cost. Hey and not even the delivery charges. Hurry this is a limited period offer.

What type of papers are used for invitations ?

Our cards are specially crafted with a wide variety of handmade papers, imported rich look sheets.

What is the quality of papers ?

For our cards we have used premium quality papers like Curious collection from Arjowiggins and Kyoorius because we know you want the best to announce your big day.

Can i customize the printed text on invitations ?

We have designed our cards with the dummy content just to give the look of complete printing card. When you purchase a card we will ask you for your content which you will provide us through the interface we will share with you.

Can i edit the content even after the customization done by myself ?

You can customize the content of your card as many times as you want. We would always wait for your final approval before final print on card.

Can i personalize only the content part ?

You can fully customize the content part but also you can customize the card up to some extent but for card customize you need to call us and check possibilities.

What kind of printing will be done on cards?

Depending upon the paper and the design we are using digital print or screen print.

Can I get guest names printed on cards ?

Yes you can have your guest list printed on the card but this would be additional charge.

How can I finalize my printing content ?

This is very simple. After placement of your final order, we will provide you an interface where you can share your content as per your final card. Our designers will design the content according to the card and we will send you the jpeg or pdf file of the content for your confirmation.

Can I choose fonts, symbols etc for my card ?

Yes you can choose all these from the available collection which we will share with you once you place the final order.

Will I be charged for the sample order ?

Absolutely no, Your happiness is our final goal and we can have our delivery charges with that happiness you feel when you receive your package at your doorstep.

Do you charge for delivery also on final order placement ?

No we do not charge for delivery on final order placement in India only.

Can i cancel my order ?

When you finalize a card and place the order that is exclusively for you. So it would not be feasible for us to cancel. But for further assistance you can call us and we will help you.

How do i pay you ?

You can select one of the available options from the payment page. We have Credit Card / Debit Card, NetBanking. As these are exclusively printed cards for you so we are not accepting Cash on Delivery.

Can i pay in cash at the time of delivery ?

No we are not accepting cash at the time of delivery.

How much time will it take to dispatch cards ?

After the final confirmation from your side it will take 7 maximum days to dispatch your package.

Who should I contact if the package or some cards are damaged ?

Here at MWK we always pack our cards with delicacy and utmost care to make sure that you receive the package without any damage. But regretfully if there is any damage than you can contact us at support@myweddingknot.com or call us and we will find a solution.
